Pendant - 17mm x 14mm
Chain - 16" / 41cm or 18" / 46cm or 20" / 51cm - 1.3mm thick snake chain

Polish silver, or gold plated silver, with a silver cloth or use an old toothbrush and washing up liquid to help clean a more tarnished finish.
