All items will be sent by tracked 'special delivery' post. To arrive the next day before 1pm. Items listed as available immediately will be posted the next working day after purchase. I will let you know when the item has been posted. Postage and packing costs £7.

All items will be sent in recycled brown paper card boxes with black foam inserts. I can add a coloured ribbon and gift receipt if requested.

All pieces can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, either in person to the shop or by recorded special delivery post. I will refund the original postage paid but the return postage costs will not be covered. Items must be in the same condition they were received. Please email me to let me know that you would like to return an item. I will issue the refund once I have received the item back.

I am also happy to exchange for other items or sizes, or issue credit notes. Either in person at the shop or by recorded special delivery post. Items for exchange must be in the same condition they were received. I will pay postage for the exchange to be posted back out. Please contact me, within 14 days of purchase, to arrange exchanges and credit notes or resizing.

All jewellery orders must be placed on or before Tuesday 22nd December so they can be posted on the 23rd by Special Delivery Guaranteed. Royal Mail are stating the 23rd as the last 'recommended' post date for before Christmas. I will not be responsible for Royal Mail not managing to get your parcel to you on time!!

Cards and gift vouchers are posted 1st class and need to be ordered on or before Sunday 20th December.

Click and collect orders can be collected up until 4pm on Thursday 24th December!! See Christmas opening hours on the contact page.

Please be aware that I will be away from the 25th December until the 8th January so any orders placed over this period won't be posted, or be able to be collected, until the 8th January.

Last post orders for guaranteed delivery before xmas to be placed by 12pm on Wednesday 22nd December. They will be posted later that day and should arrive before 1pm on the 23rd, leaving the 24th just in case! I can't take responsibility if Royal Mail end up missing their deadlines!!

Returns for refund by Saturday 28th January and returns for an exchange or credit note by Wednesday 16th February.

Orders this year may be affected by the Royal Mail strike action. CWU members are taking national strike action on 9, 11, 14, 15, 23 & 24 December 2022. So please bear this in mind when placing your orders.

I advise placing your orders by Saturday 17th December for delivery before Christmas.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special delivery, which arrives before 1pm and requires a signature. A tracking number will be sent after posting.

The gallery will be closing at 3pm on the 24th December 2022 and will reopen on the 11th January 2023. Any purchases bought in December can be returned for refund until the 31st January 2023 and for exchange until the 14th February 2023.

All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition as sold.
